With stripped back arrangements of their biggest songs, it highlights the unquestionable musical genius of Lennon, McCartney, Harrison and Starr.

About Beatles Unplugged

Beatles unplugged is a show created through a collaboration between Rivar and international entertainer Thomas Armstrong-Robley. Thomas initially developed the concept while working as an entertainer with a major cruise line in 2018. What was intended as a one night event aboard the ship quickly grew to a must-see cabaret every voyage. Fast forward to 2022 and Rivar was looking to produce a Cabaret show to tour Queensland’s Southeast and the Northern Rivers Region.  As Director of the project, Thomas further workshopped his original idea and has crafted a brilliant show combining stunning four part harmony with two guitars and strings. The arrangements are truly stunning, and celebrate musical genius of Lennon, McCartney, Harrison and Ringo Star.

Beatles Unplugged captures the intimacy and energy of the popular MTV Unplugged series which featured bands like Nirvana, Oasis and even Paul McCartney himself. Boasting over 20 memorable hits from the Fab Four like Black Bird, Hey Jude, Help, Here Comes The Sun, Get Back and A Hard Days Night, the audience will be singing along and reliving the glory days of Beatlemania in a truly unique way.
