What's On: The Art of Chocolate
Discover the secrets to delicious homemade chocolate.
In this evening workshop you will learn two different recipes for making raw chocolate from scratch. Then, you will learn how to make filled chocolates, chocolate truffles and decorative chocolate bars.
Discover simple and applicable tools to make impressive chocolate in your own kitchen. You will learn about the history of cacao, and how to connect to cacao as medicine.
The recipes are free from gluten, dairy, soy and refined sugar. All ingredients used in the workshop are organic and plant based.
