What's On: Drag Trivia

Stone & Wood is bringing a splash of colour to Byron’s Industrial Estate with a ruthlessly funny night of Drag Trivia on Thursday, 16 March.

Hosted by the phenomenal Terry Daktyl, it will be a night of fresh beers, big laughs and top-notch trivia, perfect for a night out with friends.

Hailing from the Gold Coast/Yugambeh, Terry’s drag career kicked off watching Queens in clubs, getting training behind-the-scenes and eventually becoming a backup dancer. With a trained background in dance and musical theatre, Terry took a chance in a drag competition which started a decade-long career and they’ve never looked back.

With $5 from every ticket sale going towards Queer Family Northern Rivers, as well as a $1 per litre of all drinks sold, the event’s hot competition will be going towards a good cause. Prizes for first and last. So if you’re after a reward,  be excellent, or be very sub-par.

For those looking to add a bit of shimmer to their evening, A Beautiful Weirdo’s eco glitter stall will also be in operation at the event for those who want to shine.

Doors open at 5.30pm, so head down for fresh beers and delicious meals and snacks being served up by the local foodie legends, 100 Mile Table.
